Reliable EB-5 Investment Immigration Lawyers

Are you an investor, entrepreneur, professional or other individual willing to invest in a new enterprise in the United States? If so, you may be eligible for an EB-5 investment based visa.

A foreign national who is intending to start a commercial enterprise in the United States can apply for an investment based visa (EB-5 visa) under U.S. immigration law. The rules in this area of law are very specific and may need the attention of an experienced attorney.

Helping You Through a Complex Process

In order for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to consider an alien investor for investment based immigration, the investor must file an I-526 petition and be prepared to:

  • Invest at least $1 million in a new enterprise or $500,000 if the new commercial enterprise will be located in an area that has been identified as having particularly high unemployment (a regional center)
  • Create at least ten new jobs through the investment

Please note, if you invest in a new business, you do not need to manage it. You can live peacefully as a resident in the United States and even retire. In fact, many EB-5 visa holders invest in regional centers, making their task even easier.
