- The individual must be an executive, supervisor or principal investor.

Spouses and children under 21 can receive a derivative status that allows them to enter the U.S. The children can attend U.S. colleges and universities while in the U.S. and spouses are eligible to work. This visa can continue as long as the principal maintains his or her status as investor or trader.
