Lead Intake Specialist - As our Lead Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new, inquiring clients. We need you to engage with them positively, collect initial information about their immigration cases, and help determine if our law office is the right fit for them.
Lead Intake Specialists should be able to:
- Interact friendly and helpfully with clients.
- Answer phone calls quickly and professionally.
- Field basic questions without needing to rely entirely on an attorney.
- Confidently use a computer and standard programs.
